Allman Brothers Band drummer Claude Hudson 'Butch' Trucks passed away yesterday (01/24/2017) at his home in W. Palm Beach, FL. Butch was 69 years young.

One of my all time drumming heroes Butch was part of the dynamic duo (actually trio but who's counting) that was the percussion section of the A.B.B. His and Jaimoe's approach and styles were different but melded together perfectly.
